This site was acquired in 2022 from a joint venture between Henry Boot and Barnfield on a forward commitment basis to deliver 223,000 sqft of M6 motorway-fronting logistics accommodation. The first 70,000 sqft unit had been let to three tenants with two new bespoke distribution centres delivered for DPD and DHL in 2023. The final 30,000 sqft phase has recently been completed with the unit signed by to Alsico Workwear at a record rent for the Preston market. All units are constructed to EPC “A” to provide the highest standards of environmental performance.
