A newly built 200,000 sqft regional distribution centre was acquired in 2025 leased for 15 years to PJH Group, the UK's largest business-to-business supplier of bathroom products. The building lies in close proximity to the M54 and M6 motorways and will benefit both from a major new UK Government funded link road between the two motorways, and the UK's largest new rail-connected logistics development which is under construction at West Midlands interchange.
