Will co-founded the company and has been integral to formulating, fundraising and implementing investment strategies. Will began his career at Grosvenor where he delivered a number of major central London office projects, together with developments in the logistics and retail sectors. Will holds a BA (hons) degree from the University of Exeter and a MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Reading.

Sean co-founded the company and has been responsible for developing investment strategies and building long term investor relationships to successfully invest in excess of £350m of capital. Sean began his career at Robin Ellis, a company that combined architectural and construction services with direct real estate investment and development activities. Sean holds a BA (hons) degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
