This asset was acquired in 2022 from a joint venture between Henry Boot and Barnfield on a forward commitment basis to deliver 223,000 sqft of M6 motorway-fronting logistics accommodation. The first 70,000 sqft phase was let to three tenants followed by two new bespoke distribution centres delivered for DPD and DHL in 2023. The final 30,000 sqft phase was completed in 2024 and leased to Alsico Workwear at a rent substantially higher than the earlier phases.
