Background

The company was founded by Will Buckingham-Burr and Sean Mackenzie in 2007. We established our position in the UK market as one of the first investors to successfully pursue a regional office development strategy following the financial crisis. We have subsequently broadened our investment activities across the UK commercial property sectors undertaking thematic strategies in retail warehousing, long-income logistics and central London offices investing circa £500 million of equity capital. Recent counterparties include Derwent London, Ares Management, Realty Income, New River REIT, Nuveen, LaSalle and BlackRock.
