Aberdeen One Logistics

This site was acquired in 2018 from the French oil major Total, formerly home to their North Sea headquarters since the 1970s. During phase one a new north-east Scotland distribution centre was delivered for FedEx in 2021 on a 15 year lease, with phase two selling off six acres of land to Arnold Clark for direct development in 2023. The remaining land can accommodate up to 150,000 sqft of new logistics and distribution accommodation subject to the specific requirements of occupiers.
