Preston East Logistics

This site was acquired in Q4 2022 from Henry Boot / Barnfield on a forward commitment basis, to deliver 223,000 sqft of M6 motorway-fronting logistics accommodation. The first 70,000 sqft unit has been let to three tenants, and new distribution centres for DPD and DHL are now under construction for delivery in the summer of 2023. The development also includes a final 30,000 sqft phase, with all units constructed to EPC “A” to provide the highest standards of environmental performance.
