Built in 2009 this park benefits from a large geographical moat with no vacant retail warehousing within a 10 mile radius and over 90% of the income secured against Essential Retailers showing excellent defensive performance. Consequently all retailers enjoy strong trading dynamics, demonstrated by sustained interest in the scheme from non-represented retailers since the park opened. The asset was profitably sold within a portfolio to Realty Income in Q2 2022.
