This site was acquired in Q2 2018 from the French oil major Total, formerly home to their North Sea headquarters since the 1970s. A new north-east Scotland distribution centre was delivered for FedEx in Q3 2021. In addition to providing accommodation for Aberdeen’s traditional oil and gas sector, the continuing growth of online retail creates an exciting development opportunity for up to 300,000 sqft of new logistics accommodation.
