This newly-built 135,000 sqft asset was built as the UK headquarters for Asmodee, an international table-top boardgames manufacturer as their UK distribution centre and UK corporate headquarters. Upon completion in Q3 2023 Asmodee signed a new 15 year lease. The asset sits close to the A3 in south-east England and within a large scale development and regeneration of the former miliary base Whitehill & Bordon, which Taylor Wimpey and Dorchester Regeneration are jointly undertaking.
