This newly-built 135,000 sqft asset was built as the UK headquarters for Asmodee, an international table-top boardgames manufacturer as their UK distribution centre and corporate headquarters who signed a new 15 year lease in late 2023. The asset sits close to the A3 in a supply-constrained area of southern England within a large scale development and regeneration of the former miliary base Whitehill & Bordon, which Taylor Wimpey and Dorchester Regeneration are jointly undertaking.
