This asset was acquired from LaSalle Investment Management in Q4 2019 and was the first acquisition in a new thematic strategy of acquiring retail warehouse assets. This high-quality park was developed by LandSec plc and forms part of a large cluster of retail warehousing and food stores in north-west Swansea. The anchor tenants are M&S Foodhall and B&M Retail who are both secured on long term leases, with a series of additional lease regears having been secured during our ownership period.
